Marc Edelstein joined Pasternack Tilker Ziegler Walsh Stanton & Romano, LLP in March 2025 as an associate practicing in the area of Social Security Disability.
Marc is an early high school graduate and received his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in 2011 and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall University School of Law in 2014. He was one of the youngest bar exam takers in the state of Ohio in 2014 and is admitted to practice law in Ohio.
As a Social Security Disability attorney, Marc represents claimants in all 50 states as well as all United States territories and has more than 10 years of experience.
Prior to joining the firm, he was affiliated with other large national disability firms, handling hundreds of claims annually. Marc also previously worked as an attorney advisor for the Board of Veterans Appeals, where he worked closely with judges in articulating post hearing decisions.
He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the Ohio State Bar Association.
