We’re proud to share that two of our attorneys, Kelly Koster and Catherine M. Stanton, have been named to the 2024 Super Lawyers New York Metro/Top Women list for Workers’ Compensation.

Catherine Stanton, a senior partner and head of our workers’ compensation department, has dedicated her career to protecting the rights of injured workers. She has been named to the Super Lawyers list every year since 2007 and received the 2024 Lewis L. Heller Beacon Award from WILG. Cathy also serves as Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the American Association for Justice and sits on the board of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Kelly Koster, a partner since 2017, has over two decades of experience handling complex workers’ compensation claims. She is currently President of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association and Secretary of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG). In 2024, she was honored with the Excellence in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Award by Top Lawyers of Long Island.
