Richard Cahill Jr. serves clients from the firm’s New Windsor office, focusing on workers’ compensation and volunteer firefighter benefit cases. In addition to his work in the courtroom, Cahill has a long record of community involvement—including serving as a Fire Commissioner in Kingston and as a member of the Kingston Common Council. He’s also a published author, having written four books, including the award-winning “Hauptmann’s Ladder.” This is his third consecutive year being named to the Hudson Valley list.
Fighting for Public Employees Across New York
Proudly serving clients in White Plains, Paul Macerino represents workers in both traditional workers’ compensation claims and civil service disability retirement pensions. Known for his advocacy on behalf of public employees and union members, Macerino’s dedication to the injured has earned him recognition throughout New York State. He has also been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2021.
